Beverly J. Hyles, age 88, of Dallas, TX, passed away peacefully in her home on Wednesday, August 30, 2017.

She is survived by her four children: Becky (Tim) Smith, Linda Murphrey, David (Brenda) Hyles and Cindy Schaap; eleven grandchildren; four great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and a host of dear friends.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 54 years, Dr. Jack Hyles; parents, C.M. and Eva Slaughter; brother CM "Buddy" Slaughter, Jr. and grandson, Jack David Hyles.

Funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 3, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. Directly at Victory Baptist Church 6821 Lakeview Parkway, Rowlett,Texas with Pastor Steve Beebe officiating. Visitation will be held Sunday, September 3rd from 2:00 p.m. until the time of service at 3:00 p.m.

Entombment will take place at Memory Lane Memorial Park in Crown Point, IN. Friends are invited to meet with the family directly at Memory Lane Mausoleum Chapel on Wednesday, September 6th from 9:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m., followed by a time of testimonies.

Beverly was born and raised in Dallas, attended Sunset High School. She served along side of her husband, Dr. Jack Hyles, pastoring four churches before establishing his main ministry at First Baptist Church of Hammond from 1959 to 2001.

Beverly was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and aunt who enjoyed serving the Lord and being with her family. The countless people whose lives she touched and came to know and love will dearly miss her.
