Cassandra Bahena, age 22, of Hammond, entered into eternal life on Tuesday, November 26, 2019.
She is survived by her parents, Joe (Diana) Bahena Jr.; sister, Abigail Bahena; brother, Joshua Bahena; maternal grandfather, Venus Gaitan; paternal grandmother, Martha Bahena; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Mary Gaitan; paternal grandfather, Jose Bahena.
Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, December 5, 2019 at Bocken Funeral Home 7042 Kennedy Avenue, Hammond (Hessville) at 7:00 p.m. with Pastor J Calaway officiating. Private cremation to follow. Friends and family are invited for a time of visitation on Thursday, December 5, 2019 at Bocken Funeral Home from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. 
Sandra was a long time resident of the region and attended The Gate Church. She wanted to pursue beauty school and loved to draw in her spare time. She was very creative and loved using her creativity to make others happy. Sandra will most be remembered for her huge heart. She loved everyone and had a smile that truly reflected her tender loving heart. Above all, Sandra was a wonderful loving daughter, granddaughter, sister and friend to all she knew. In lieu of flowers memorials to the family would be appreciated.
