Gina Linda Baldner, age 70, of Calumet City, IL entered into her heavenly fathers presence on Monday, July 8, 2019.                                      

She is survived by her daughter, Annette (David) Snyder; two precious granddaughters: Ariel and Chloe Snyder; brother, Sammy (Christine) Listro; sister, Anita (Tom) Long; sister in-law, Tina Listro; cousins: Connie Gryzbowski, Adeline Sangineto; many loving nieces, nephews and friends. Preceded in death by her parents: Sam (Mary) Listro and one brother, Perry Listro.

Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, July 13, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. DIRECTLY at Life Point Church, 7350 Kennedy Ave., Hammond (Hessville) with Pastor Orlando Soler officiating. Private cremation will follow. Friends are invited to meet with the family for a time of visitation on Saturday morning at the church from 9:30 a.m. until the service at 11:00 a.m.

Gina was born on March 30, 1949 in Chicago, Illinois and has lived in Hammond since she was 18 years old. She moved to Calumet City 4 years ago for retirement. Gina was a devoted, loving, faith-filled mother, grandmother, sister and friend. A longtime faithful member of Life Point Church where she helped in children’s ministries when she was younger. Gina loved being around people; she was retired from Van Til’s grocery store as a carry out after 15 years. As a resident of Bernadine Manor Gina became active as a volunteer for Bingo and lunch tickets and made many new friends. She will be remembered as everybody’s grandma.
