During the mid 1960's she worked for Kallen's Grocery Store and Prosperity Dry Cleaners in Munster. Bert was a very loving wife, mother, grandmother, and an avid homemaker. She enjoyed baking and loved to bake all types of desserts that were enjoyed by her family and many friends. Bert never met a stranger and will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
