Angeline "Angie" Seremet

Angeline Seremet, age 91, of Frankfort, IL  formerly of Hammond, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, February 24, 2018.

She is survived by her daughter, Yvonne (Fred) Miller;

Four Grandchildren: Tom (Sheila) Seremet,

Karen (Keith) Bunkenburg, Patrick (Marissa) Seremet and Jennie (Brian) Monte Mayer;

Nine Great Grandchildren;

2 Sisters: Mary (late, Tom) Seremet and Marge (late, John) Kuric; daughter-in-law, Kathleen Seremet;

Several nieces, nephews and dear friends.

Preceded in death by her beloved husband of 57 years, John Seremet; son, Thomas Seremet and parents, Joseph and Julia Ruzic.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 DIRECTLY at St. Catherine of Siena Church, 6525 Kentucky Avenue, Hammond (Hessville) at 10:00 a.m. with Father Charles Mosley celebrant. There will be a time of visitation before the mass from 9:15 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at St. John Cemetery in Hammond.

Angie was born and raised in East Chicago and was a lifetime resident of the Calumet Area until moving to Frankfort, IL to be near her daughter. She had been a faithful member of St. Catherine of Siena Church since 1961. She was a member and volunteer for the Red Cross and member of C.F.U. Lodge #170 in Merrillville.  Angie was a loving mother and devoted grandmother, great grandmother and sister who will be dearly missed by all who where blessed to know her.
