Danny Sharkey Clay, Jr. age 32, of Schererville passed away on Thursday, April 8, 2010, after a lengthy and courageous battle with diabetes.
He is survived by his Parents; Barbara Ann Clay and
Danny Sharkey (Katrina) Clay, Sr.
Maternal Grandparents; Glen and Patricia Outler
2 Sisters: Barbara Ann (Roger) Okimura and
Carrie Clay
2 Nieces: Violet and Lana Urban
1 Nephew: Parker Okimura

Funeral Services will be held on Monday, April 12, 2010 at 10 AM at Bocken Funeral Home, 7042 Kennedy Avenue, Hammond (Hessville). Burial will follow at Elmwood Cemetery in Hammond. There will be a time of visitation on Monday morning, April 12th from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service at 10:00 a.m.
Danny was born on July 22, 1977 in Hammond and attended Hammond High School. He was a fan of motor sports and drag racing and of course, he loved girls. Danny enjoyed playing his guitar and had several bands through the years.
