Diane Mullins Scott age 58, of Hammond, passed away suddenly on Saturday, March 30, 2019. She is survived by her father, Hilma Mullins; life partner: Butch Depew; daughter, Jodi Ratliff; eight grandchildren: Taylor Holmes, Marysa Rodriguez, Tysin Boesel, Aliohna Boesel, Inez Deluna, Hayley Ratliff, Jayson Ratliff and Grace Ratliff. Two sisters: Sherry (Bill) Deem and Sandra Church; four brothers: Estil (Regina) Looney, Sammy Looney, Junior Mullins and Kenny (Lisa) Mullins.                                      Preceded in death by her son, Gary Ratliff; Mother: Maryann Mullins; Brother, Elmer Looney and sister, Connie Branham.

Friends are invited to meet with the family for a time of visitation on Wednesday, April 3 2019 at Bocken Funeral Home 7042 Kennedy Avenue, Hammond (Hessville) from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m., cremation will follow.

Diane was born in Kentucky on August 8, 1960 and has been a longtime resident of Northwest IN. She was retired after working several jobs including being a bank teller. Diane enjoyed spending her time outside, working in her garden. She also was an avid Facebook giveaway participant. Diane was known to be very generous as well as a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend who will be deeply missed.
