Elsie A. Johnson, nee Anderson age 93, of Hammond, IN ,entered into the presences of her savior on Friday May 18,2012.
She leaves to mourn her loss her loving Son Alvin (fiancée Lovena Lucito)Johnson of Hammond, Daughter in law Janel Johnson of Lockport, IL, Grandchildren Jennifer (Andy) Carr of Lockport, IL and David Johnson of Greenville, S.C. Four Great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by her husband Arnold Johnson, son Arnold Johnson Jr. 3 sisters Orpha Lee, Norma Becker and Velma South. Parents Earl and Eva Anderson.
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, May 22, 2012 at 1pm at the Bocken Funeral Home, 7042 Kennedy Avenue, Hammond (Hessville) with Bro. Roy Moffitt officiating. Burial at Elmwood Cemetery will follow. Friends are invited to meet with the family on Tuesday, May 22, 2012 from 12 noon  until the time of the service.
