Eric Michael Frye, age 44, of Hammond passed away on July 21,2013 following an accident.
He is survived by his wife Carrie Frye (Nee Caldwell)
Two sons; Ryan Michael and Tyler Ray Frye, Big Daddy to Courtney Caldwell. Granddaughter Carissa Alvarado.
Parents Walter and Toni Frye (Nee Writt). Siblings Walter Jr. (Kelly) and Matthew Frye, and Amanda (Frye) Norton.
Grandmother Eleanor Gray .His faithful companion and best friend Eddie his Dog.
Numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends.
Preceded in death by Grandfathers Roland Writt and Ray Frye and grandmother Minnie Frye.
Funeral service will be held on Friday July 26,2013 at 10am at Bocken Funeral Home 7042 Kennedy Avenue, Hammond (Hessville) with Pastor Orlando Solar officiating. Burial will follow at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, Schererville, IN Friends are invited to meet with the family at Bocken Funeral Home on Thursday July 25,2013 from 2-9pm.
Eric was born and raised in Hammond. He attended Clark High School.  He worked for Laborers Local 41 for the past 25 years. Eric attended Hessville Assembly of God Church his passions included riding motocross, golfing and music. Eric was a loving father, son, papa, brother and friend and will be dearly missed. In lieu of flowers memorials to the family would be appreciated.
