Ernest Isenhour Torralballa, age 50 , of Hammond passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, August 14, 2011.

He is survived by 2 children: Tabatha and Matthew;

3 grandchildren: Kevin Torralballa, Alana Marshall and Leah Torralballa and his father, Ernesto Torralballa.

Preceded in death by his mother, Connie Knight.

Ernie was born and raised in Hammond and attended Morton High School. He worked as a machine operator at Resco Products. Ernie loved listening to heavy metal music and was known as "The Metal Master". He was an avid fan of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Ernie was a loving father, grandfather, son and dear friend.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 19, 2011 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Bocken Funeral Home 7042 Kennedy Avenue, Hammond (Hessville), followed by private cremation. In lieu of flowers memorials to the family would be preferred.
