Fredda Mae Frain, age 88 of Hammond passed away on Saturday, September 11, 2010 at Community Hospital in Munster .

She is survived by 3 daughters:

Shari (Olcan) Masterson of Ireland

Sue Rzeszut of Hammond

Mary Kay Galbraith of CA

Daughter-in-law: Gail Frain of Hobart

Many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren

Sister: Cleo Cook of Kansas

Sister-in-law: Kathleen Talenco of Highland

Several nieces and nephews

Preceded in death by her husband; Donald Joseph Frain,

3 sons; Patrick, Shawn and Michael Frain,

Parents; Fred and Mable Morgan

A Memorial Service to celebrate the life of Fredda Mae Frain will be held on Friday, September 17, 2010 at

12:00 p.m. (Noon) at Bocken Funeral Home, 7042 Kennedy Avenue, Hammod, (Hessville)IN with Pastor Roger Storms officiating. Burial will follow at St. John-St. Joseph Cemetery in Hammond . Friends are invited to meet with the family before the service on Friday from 11 until 12 p.m.

Fredda was a lifetime resident of the Calumet Area and a member of Christ Lutheran Church of Hammond . Fredda was an auditor and worked for 20 years at the Lake County Auditors office in Crown Point . She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family. Fredda was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother and a loyal friend to many. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
