Genevieve E. Nyman, 92 years young, resident of Foothills Ranch, CA, entered the Kingdom of Heaven, November 4, 2010 surrounded by her family. She put up a heroic fight yet died peacefully at the end. Her passion was her family throughout life. Genevieve was the baby of 13 children. She is a retiree of United Airlines and volunteered at the Oasis Senior Center in Newport Beach, CA for many years. Her contagious smile and kind ways touched many lives throughout her journey of life. Genevieve was married to the greatest dad ever, John Charles Nyman. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and a devote Catholic. Genevieve is survived by her son, Larry (Dawn) Nyman, daughter, Laura (Kenneth) Schinzing, grandchildren; Christy (Christopher) Humble, Jennifer (Mark) Nyman, great grandson, Dylan. A Funeral Service will be held at Zimmerman and Sandeman, 5200 W. 95 ^th St., Oak Lawn, IL 60453 at 12:00 p.m. (Noon) on November 11, 2010, viewing from 10-12. Genevieve will be laid to rest at Resurrection Cemetery next to her husband, John. She will be missed by all.
