Helen Chris Koehler, age 62 of Hammond, IN, passed away Thursday, August 30, 2012. She is survived by her companion Ellis Piniero, daughter Marie (Tony) Chico and son George (Danna) Lesko. Four grandchildren; Lauren and Kylie Lesko and Nathan and Tessa Chico. One sister Teena (John) Uranowski and  One sister in law Mica Lourgos. Numerous nieces and nephews and two great nephews. Helen was preceded in death by her parents; Chris and Martha Lourgos and one brother Danny Lourgos.
Friends are invited to meet with the family at the Bocken Funeral Home 7042 Kennedy Avenue, Hammond (Hessville) on Wednesday September 5, 2012 from 5pm until 7 pm. for a memorial visitation. Cremation has taken place per Helen's request.
Helen was a very loving companion, devoted mother, grandmother, sister and friend who will be dearly missed.
