Jasmin Yvett (Bahena) Morales, age 28 of Hammond, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, November 3, 2010.

She is survived by her loving family:

parents; Everardo and Cynthia Bahena

3 sisters; Mandi and Arielle Bahena and Briana (Dustin) Bell

3 children: Jordan and Zachary Bahena and Olivia Morales

Numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and dear friends

Funeral Mass  will be held on Monday, November 8, 2010 at 10am DIRECTLY at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church 7132 Arizona Avenue, Hammond( Hessville)with Father Charles Mosley celebrant. Burial will follow at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens in Schererville.  Friends are invited to meet with the family on Sunday, November 7 ^th from 2 until 8pm at Bocken Funeral Home. 7042 Kennedy Avenue, Hammond (Hessville).

Jasmin was employed for the School City of Hammond. She was a loving daughter, sister and a devoted mother.
