Jorge Ruiz age 77, of Hessville passed away peacefully on Friday, December 18, 2015 at home, with his loving family at his side. He leaves to mourn his absents several children, grandchildren and sibling's across the States and Puerto Rico where he was born. Visitaion and Funeral service will take place on Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at Bocken Funeral Home 7042 Kennedy Avenue, Hammond (Hessville). Visitation Tuesday 10 a.m. until the time of the service at 1:30 p.m. with Pastor Orlando Soler officiating. Burial with military honors will follow at Elmwood Cemetery, Hammond. Jorge was retired from Inland Steel as a blast furnace keeper and a proud Army veteran.
