Joseph Mark Jones-Cano, age 49, of Griffith entered into eternal life on Monday, January 26, 2015.

He is survived by his life partner, Donna;

2 children: Cassie and Joe;

granddaughter, Brooklyn;

parents, Ted and Catherine Cano;

2 brothers: Marc (Lindsay) Cano,

Michael (Monique) Cano;

Nieces and nephews: Miguel, Annalise, Bodie, Gianna, Ailaini, Gabby, Bella, Alex, Nick, Lincoln and Silas;

Aunt, Lila;

Preceded in death by his sister, Lisa; niece, Marissa and grandparents.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, January 30, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at Bocken Funeral Home, 7042 Kennedy Avenue, Hammond (Hessville) with Pastor Roy Moffitt officiating. Private cremation will follow the service.

Friends are invited to meet with the family for a time of visitation on Friday, January 30th at Bocken Funeral Home from 5:00p.m. until the service at 7:00 p.m.

Joe was a lifetime resident of the Calumet Area and a graduate of T.F. North High School. Joe was a fan of all sports; he enjoyed playing darts, watching wrestling was an avid Chicago Bears Fan. Joe adored his family; he was a loving and kind father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle and a devoted friend who will be dearly missed.
