Judith Mae Gray, age 64 of Hessville, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 6, 2011. Judy was born on February 3, 1947 in Hammond and made her home in the Hessville section.

She is survived by her mother, Laverne Brakley;

2 brothers, Rick (Sandra) Brakley and Danny (Pennie) Brakley;

6 sisters: Joyce (Raymond) Schau;

Pam (David) Horgash; Connie (Tom) Howard;

Kathy (Dale) York; Becky Brakley and Melanie (Dave) Umbarger; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert Gray and her father, Loran Brakley, Jr.

Funeral services were private and at the convenience of the family, followed by burial at Chapel Lawn Cemetery in Schererville.
