Linda Fay Blythe, age 69, of Hammond, entered into eternal life on Sunday, April 30, 2017.
She is survived be her loving husband of 45 years, Harold D. Blythe Sr.; three daughters: Liann (Bruce Sr.) Lewis, Cheryl Lee Wilbanks and Carolyn Blythe; son: Harold D. Blythe Jr.; eight grandchildren: Bruce Jr., Brittney, Josh, Kara, Emily, Roger, Hailey and Cheyenne; 2 great grandchildren: Ariya and Jaevlyne and a brother or sister on the way; one brother: John (Pat) Rothrock; one sister: Laura (Jeff) Smith; numerous nieces, nephews and Walmart friends.

Preceded in death by her parents, William and Dorothy Rothrock; brother James Hopper; sister: Lois Cayle

Friends are invited to meet with the family for a time of visitation on Saturday, May 6, 2017 from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Bocken Funeral Home 7042 Kennedy Avenue, Hammond (Hessville). Private cremation to follow.

Linda was a lifetime resident of Hammond She was a graduate of Hammond Tech High School.

Linda enjoyed watching the do it yourself network, and other make over shows. She had a green thumb for gardening and enjoyed sewing and crafting especially with her grandchildren. Linda was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and a dear friend who will be greatly missed.
