Lorraine Marie Suda, age 82, of Hammond, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, March 15, 2015 surrounded by her loving family.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 59 years Andrew Suda, Sr.;

4 children: Maryann (late, Brad) Balding,

Donna (Michael) Kielbasa,

Rosemarie (Steve) Wetzel,

Elaine (Jeff) Jelenski;

Daughter-in-law, Loree Cornelison-Suda;

Grandchildren: Christopher, Cassandra, Madalin, Amanda, Michael, John, David, Dana, Ryan and Ashley;

great granddaughter, Mia;  sister, Carol (Richard) Grant;

Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

Preceded in death by sons: Andrew Suda, Jr. and Michael Suda; parents, James and Cecelia Wilczewski; brother, Dennis (Barbara) Wilczewski;

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m. from Bocken Funeral Home, 7042 Kennedy Avenue, Hammond (Hessville) with Rev. Charles Mosley officiating. Burial will follow at St. John Cemetery in Hammond.

Friends are also invited to meet with the family for  visitation on Friday, March 20, 2015 from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.at Bocken Funeral Home.

Lorraine was a longtime member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church. She was an avid Bingo player, enjoyed bowling, Pinochle and her club.

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and special best friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
