Marilyn LaBelle, age 66 of Hammond, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 18, 2012.
She is survived by her brother, Eugene Richard (Mary) LaBelle;
7 sisters: Leilani (Stanley) Stansfield;
Deloris (late, Donald) Waterfield;
her twin, Maureen (Ralph) Fairman;
Patricia (John) Orwin;
Sharon (George) Mizuki;
Michele (Robert) Ellis and Nancy (late, Mitchell) Czulewicz;
Numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Dorothy LaBelle.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, December 21, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. directly at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 7132 Arizona Avenue, Hammond (Hessville) with Rev. Charles Mosley celebrant. Burial will follow at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens in Schererville.
Friends are invited to meet with the family on Thursday, December 20, 2012 at Bocken Funeral Home, 7042 Kennedy Avenue, Hammond (Hessville) from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
Marilyn was born on May 15, 1946 in Sioux Falls, SD and has lived in the Hessville section of Hammond since 1989.
Marilyn was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church and a Volunteer for St. Catherine Hospital Auxiliary. She loved to draw and paint.
