Mary M. Paris, age 90, of Hammond entered into eternal life on Saturday, May 15, 2021 while surrounded by her loved ones.

She is survived by her children: Mary S. Katan, Jim (Sherrie) Eaves, Harlan E. (Susan) Rhodus and Charles A. (Tammy) Rhodus; grandchildren: Jaime, Jen, Jackie, David, Paul, Matthew, Phillip, Kristina, Josh, Lecretia and fifteen great grandchildren; brother, Isaac David (Jean) Griffin, numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Preceded in death by her husband of 52 years Thomas Paris; parents, Fred Edwards and Jessie Griffin and sister, Alice June Nanie.

Friends are invited for a time of visitation on Saturday, May 22 , 2021 at Bocken Funeral Home 7042 Kennedy Avenue, Hammond (Hessville) IN from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 12:00 p.m. with Pastor Michael McFarland officiating. Private burial at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, Schererville.

Mary was a long-time resident of the Hammond area, and a member of World of Pentecost Church. She enjoyed quilting, gardening, making rugs and was an excellent amateur artist. Mary was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend.
