Michael D. Clinton, age 63, of Demotte, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 23, 2017.

He is survived by three children: Lori (Michael) Fox, Chad Clinton and Jennifer Clinton; four grandchildren: Lauryn, Mikaela, Ethan and Caleb; one brother: Scott (Laura) Larsen; numerous nieces, nephews and good friends.  Preceded in death by his parents.

Friends are invited to meet with the family for a time of visitation on Wednesday, July 26, 2017, from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Bocken Funeral Home, 7042 Kennedy Avenue, Hammond (Hessville). Funeral service will be held at 7:30 p.m. at Bocken Funeral Home with Reverend C. James Facklam, pastor officiating. Private cremation to follow.

Mike was born in Chicago, Illinois, and grew up in Shelby, IN. Mike enjoyed working with his hands and was a machinist who was retired after 30 years from Urschel Laboratories. He enjoyed long motorcycle rides, photography and traveling. Mike cherished the time spent with his family and friends. He was a loving father, brother, uncle and friend who will be dearly missed.
