Noel Castro, age 49, of Hammond, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, January 3, 2018.

Survived by his parents: Ramon Castro and Estella Franciski; brothers: Ramon (Oralia) Adam (Monica) Castro and Manuel (Luz) Garcia; sisters: Wanda (Calvin) Suttles, Elizabeth (Michael) Bogovich, Angela (Phillip) Clanton; stepbrothers: Lenny (Cindy), Denny (Eden) Geno (Lisa), Brian (Dee), Bobby (Cheryl) Franciski; stepsister, Sherry (Brian) Dauksza; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Preceded in death by his stepfather Eugene Franciski and sister, Ana Castro.

Funeral Services will be held DIRECTLY at the Northgate Church 2820-165th Street, Hammond IN 46323 with visitation on Monday January 8, 2018 from 4 p.m. until the funeral service at 6 p.m. with Pastor Calvin Suttles, officiating. A prayer service will be held on Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at 10 a.m. followed by burial at St. John Cemetery, Hammond.

Noel was a life long resident of the Hammond area. He had attended Hammond High School. Noel was a member of the Northgate Church and he enjoyed music and dancing. He was loving son and brother and will be dearly missed.
