Nola Lee Radford, of Merrillville entered into the gates of heaven on Friday, June 6, 2014.

She is survived by her 9 loving Grandchildren; Mauna (Al) Davino, Richard (Sue) Kelley, Don (Sandy) Damron, Nola (Bill) Caldwell, Nova (Mark) Adler, Lana (Richard) Riordan, Lora (Don) Stahl, Jack Kelley, and Patty Parrish.

16 great grandchildren; Rachel, Amanda, Eric, Rosina, Ryan, Tabitha, Tiffany, Justin, Raquel, Brittany, Eric, Mitchell, Max, Michael, Dessarae and Calli.

15 great great grandchildren.

Nephew Clarence (Mary Ann) Toney, niece Bonnie (Rick) Thompson and numerous nieces, nephews, family members and dear friends.

Preceded in death by her beloved husband Danny E. Radford in 1999, 2 daughters; Mauna Kelley and Thelma Damron, parents; Clarence and Angeline Frye and siblings.

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday June 11, 2014 at 6pm at Bocken Funeral Home, 7042 Kennedy Avenue, Hammond (Hessville) with Pastor Larry Raftery officiating. Cremation will follow. Friends are invited to meet with the family at Bocken Funeral Home on Wednesday June 11,2014 from 2.00pm until 7.00pm.

Nola was born and raised in Frye , WV and has lived in the Calumet area since 1962. She was a faithful member of Laurel Church in Merrillville.

Nola enjoyed quilting, sewing, cooking and growing flowers in her garden. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great great grandmother, aunt and friend who will be dearly missed. Nola was a faithful Christian woman who exemplified the love of Christ through her nurturing of children and hospitality towards all. Memorials in Nola's memory may be made to the Laurel Food Pantry, 7525 Taft Street, Merrillville, IN 46410.
