Peter Rojas Perez, age 82, of Hammond passed away on Sunday, June 30, 2013.
He is survived by his siblings: Timothy (late Margaret) Perez,
Remiga (Lee) Lozano,
Helen (late Hector) Villarreal,
Mary Munoz and Joseph Raymond Ramirez;
Dear friends: Audrey Mane and Trina Guggerty; many nieces, and nephews.
Preceded in death by his parents, Pedro and Sostenes Perez and 3 brothers: Nazario and Augustine Perez and John Ramirez.
Friends are invited to meet with the family for a time of visitation on Saturday morning, July 6, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. directly at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 7132 Arizona Avenue, Hammond (Hessville). A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Charles Mosley celebrant. Burial to follow at Elmwood Cemetery in Hammond.
Pete enjoyed football, baseball and reading, he was an avid Chicago Bears and White Sox fan. He was retired from Bulkmatic where he worked in the maintenance department.
