Phillip Quiroz Sr., 74, of Chicago, IL passed away Tuesday, March 6, 2012. He is survived by wife Trudy. Six daughters: Hope Ann Quiroz, Sally Ann Quiroz Hidalgo, Elizabeth Quiroz Morua, Phyllis Marie Quiroz, Ann Margaret Quiroz and Lois Marie Quiroz. 20 Grandchildren and 12 Great-grandchildren.
Visitation at Bocken Funeral Home, 7042 Kennedy Avenue, Hammond, IN on Thursday, March 15, 2012 from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Funeral Mass on Friday, March 16, 2012 at 9:30 AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, 3200 East 91st Street, Chicago, IL 60617.
