Randan George Feminella

June 29,1948- September 3, 2026

Randan George Feminella, age 78, of Schererville, Indiana, passed away on Thursday September 3, 2026. He was born June 29,1948, in Clinton, Indiana, the son of Ruth and Carney Feminella. Randan proudly served his country in the United States Army from 1966 to 1970 and received an honorable discharge. He had enormous love for his wife of 48 years, his children, and his grandchildren.

Randan is survived by his loving wife, Melodye Travis-Feminella, his three children, Jennifer Feminella (Rick Hixon), Matthew Feminella, and Lisa Feminella-Johnson (Corey); and his beloved grandchildren, Skylar Feminella, Ti'ana Hurt, Oliver Jarchow, Amiah Johnson, and Joel Johnson. Randan is also survived by his brothers John Feminella (Beverly), Steven Feminella (Kelly), and Paul Feminella (Lynn). He was preceded in death by his parents, Ruth and Carney Feminella.

Randan loved History and FOX News. Anytime you talked to him he would definitely keep you updated on what was going on in the world. He also enjoyed old western movies and game shows. He was a die hard Chicago Bears, Chicago Sox, and Chicago Blackhawks fan. He loved telling jokes and laughing until he cried. This is something I loved to do with him (Lisa). He had a very funny side that many people did not get to see. He was also a very stubborn man with a huge heart. His grandchildren adored him; he was their father figure. Gone but not forgotten!! You will forever be celebrated and missed.
