Robert Flores III age 42, of Hammond passed away suddenly on Monday, July 27, 2015.
He is survived by three children: David, Danielle and Jacob Flores; mother: Emma Leos; five siblings: Anita Garza, his twin Raymond Flores, Aaron Flores, Emanuela (Samuel) Rios and Miguel Angel Almanza; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and a host of dear friends.
Preceded in death by his father, Robert Flores, Jr.; grandmother: Mary Flores.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, August 3, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. directly at The Gate Church, 5670 Sohl Avenue, Hammond with Pastor Mark Friend officiating. Burial to follow at Concordia Cemetery, Hammond, IN. Friends are invited to meet with the family for visitation on Sunday, August 2nd at The Gate Church from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m..
Rob was a lifetime resident of Hammond. He was a 1991 graduate of Morton High School. He was a member of American Legion Post 232. Rob was a very talented writer; he enjoyed writing stories, novels and biographies and was in the process of having some published. He enjoyed spending time with friends and playing darts. Ken was loving son; father, brother, nephew and friend to many.
