Sandra "Sandy" Lee Bardoczi, age 71, of Hammond, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 27, 2014 at her home.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 53 years, Martin "Bob" Bardoczi, Sr.
3 children:  Martin "Bob" Bardoczi, Jr.,
Margaret (Joseph) Einsele,
Anna (Bill) Vanover;
4 Grandchildren;
3 great grandchildren;
1 sister, Joni (Donald) Kasper;
1 brother, Dennis (Debbie) Szmutko;
Numerous nieces, nephews, many dear friends; and her precious "babies", devoted companions, her dogs: "Barney", "Sammy" and "Maggie"
Preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Margaret Szmutko and one sister, Dolores Jones.

Sandy was a lifetime resident of the Calumet Area and a faithful member of Holy Trinity Hungarian  Church in East Chicago. She was an excellent cook and she loved to bake delicious treats for her family.
Sandy was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister who will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

In accordance with her wishes, there will be no visitation or service. Cremation will be followed by a private family service and burial at St. John Cemetery in Hammond, at a later date.
