Thomas Lee Carrico, age 51, of Hammond, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 4, 2014.Survived by his parents, Owen and June Carrico (nee, Kessler);Sister, Jill (Joel) Brandush;Brother, David (Lisa) Carrico;Aunt, Mabel Boardway;Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends;Loving companion and best friend, his cat "Peaches".Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 8, 2014 at 12:00 p.m. (Noon) at Memory Lane Mausoleum Chapel, 6305 W. Lincoln Highway, Schererville with Pastor Phil Humber officiating. Burial will follow the service. Friends are invited to meet with the family on Saturday morning from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at Memory Lane Chapel.Tom was a lifetime resident of Hammond and was a 1981 graduate of Hammond High School.Tom worked for Paul's Marble and Tile Co. as an installer. When he wasn't working he enjoyed reading and watching TV.
