Zubdiel V. Escobedo Jr, age 38, of Hammond entered into eternal life on Friday, June 29, 2018.

He is survived by his beloved girl friend Jennifer Garcia and her 2 children: Ava Myers and Shane McHenry II; 4 children: Alize', Cameron, Precious and Zubdiel III; Parents: Zubdiel V. Escobedo Sr. and Sandra A Sanchez-Longoria and good family friend Jon Moore; sister: Simone Escobedo-Garibay; brother: Carlos Longoria Jr.; nieces, nephews: Carlos III, Veronique, Selena, Jacob, Yesenia, A.J. and Ardin; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.

Friends are invited to meet with the family for a graveside service DIRECTLY at St. John Cemetery 1547-167th Street Hammond on Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. Bocken Funeral Home 7042 Kennedy Ave. Hammond (Hessville) in charge of arrangements (Services Private- no services at the funeral home). Ernie was born and raised in Northwest Indiana. He attended Gavit High School and Ivy Tech Community College. Ernie worked for Economy Tree Service and several landscaping jobs. He enjoyed drawing, talented landscaper, very passionate for his family and friends. He will be dearly missed those who knew and loved him.
