Joyce Ann Sargent Progar, 69 of South Bend, Indiana passed away on July 16,2020. She is survived by children Philip and Joyanna Progar; brother Curtis (Kittie) Sargent; many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents Willie and Allie Sargent; brother Ted (Barb) Sargent. Visitation at Bocken Funeral Home Tuesday July 21,2020 from 3-5pm.(face mask are required) Burial at Hytop Cemetery, Hytop Alabama Friday July 24,2020 at 10am.
