Nancy Kravicz, age 88, of Highland entered into the presence of the Lord on Friday August 25, 2023.

She is survived by her daughter Lori (Kenneth) Younker; two sons: David and James Kravicz; three grandchildren: Lindsey (Paul) Hanyzewski, Joshua (Jen) Younker and Kinsey (Julian) Juarez; six great-grandchildren: Gracin, Ellie and Madeline Younker, Charlie and Veyda Hanyzewski, and Adeline Juarez; several nieces, nephews and friends.

Preceded in death by her husband of 45 years Richard Kravicz; Parents Harold and Freda O’Rourke; and three brothers and two sisters.

Friends are invited to join the family for visitation on Thursday, August 31, 2023 from 4:00 p.m.to 7:00 p.m. at Bocken Funeral Home, 7042 Kennedy Avenue, Hammond IN 46323. Funeral service will be held on Friday at 10:00 a.m. DIRECTLY at Life Point Church 7350 Kennedy Ave. Hammond with visitation from 9:30 a.m. Pastor Matt, Pastor Bob and Pastor Orlando will officiate. Burial will follow at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, Schererville, IN.

Nancy was born in Lake Station and was a lifetime resident of the Calumet Area. She retired in 1997 after many years of working as a unit secretary at Community Hospital. Nancy was a devout follower of Jesus Christ and had attended Hessville Assembly of God, now Life Point Church and more recently she attended ChristWay Baptist Church in Dyer. Nancy was a loving mother, grandma and GiGi. In lieu of flowers memorials to Unity Hospice would be appreciated.
