Terry Lee Cummins, age 64 of Hammond, passed away on Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at Community Hospital.
She is survived by two sons: Joshua and Joseph Cummins; mother, Arlene Boyd; 2 sisters: Sandra Ward and Debra (Bart) Plant;
sister in law, Rita (Ed) Ruble; nephews: Ryan Ward, Timothy Dietz, Jeffrey Dietz, Matthew Townley and Steven Ruble; nieces: Mindy Cummins, Melissa Townley, Rhonda Townley, Melissa Guerrini and beloved grand niece Ruby Ward.
Preceded in death by her beloved husband of 33 years, William “Tony” Cummins; father, Miles Plant; children: Charles  and Sarah Cummins; sisters in law: Shanon Reed and Judy Townley.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, April 28, 2016 at 12:00 p.m. at Bocken Funeral Home, 7042 Kennedy Avenue, Hammond (Hessville). Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Hammond. Friends are invited to meet with the family on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at Bocken Funeral Home from 3 until 7 PM.
Terry has lived in Hammond over the past 30 years. She enjoyed bird watching, hosting family gatherings, playing bingo, reading romances as well as the tabloids.
