A memorial mass will take place on Thursday, October 26, 2017 at 10 a.m. DIRECTLY at St. Mary Catholic Church 525 N, Broad Street, Griffith with Father Theodore Mens officiating.
Drew was a graduate of Morton High School class of 1996. He was employed by Elgin Sweeping of Chicago. Drew was a young man with many interest and talents. He was artistic and creative, designed many of his own tattoos, loved to draw, was an avid movie buff and enjoyed the History Channel, Wrestling and Food Networks. Drew had a passion for cooking, inventing recipes and eating. He approached life with a clear and open mindfulness. He could dress up and fit into any event. He traveled the country playing in bands and displayed outstanding showmanship. He helped promote up coming bands, raised and donated money to charities including Toys for Tot’s, Humane Society and others. Drew loved riding his Harley (AKA Pumpkin) with the Invaders Club. He felt free on the bike. If he took on a project that he felt passionate about, he gave it his all. He got along with all types of people and generations, with a personality that shined, when he entered a room you would know who he was before he left. Drew was amusing, entertaining and a strong man with a really kind spirit and generous heart. In lieu of flowers memorials to the family are requested, which will be given to Humane Indiana, “he loved his cat, Sixxx”.
